ವಿಶೇಷ ಸೂಚನೆ ರಾಯಚೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವು ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕುಲಪತಿಗಳು, ಕುಲಸಚಿವರು, ಕುಲಸಚಿವರು(ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ) ಇವರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
